Video Bandwidth
Your monthly video bandwidth allowance is calculated by multiplying the size of the encoded file by the number of video plays for that file. For example, if you upload a 10MB video, when we encode the video, the size of the file will be smaller, say 5MB. So for every completed play of your video you will use up 5MB of your monthly bandwidth allowance. On a Bronze account, with a monthly bandwidth allowance of 5GB, then a 5MB video will give you approximately 1,000 video plays.
Multi-size Players
You can select what size player you would like your video to be viewed in. We have 4 options: Small, Medium, Large and Original. Original means the video player will be the same as the original dimensions the video was shot in.* Only paid users can use the original option, but the other sizes are available to all users.
Unbranded Player
Free users will have a branded player. This means the player has a small vzaar logo on it. Paid users will have an unbranded player. This way the player looks like it's a seamless part of your website with no sign of the vzaar logo.
Video Privacy
When you upload a video to vzaar you can choose to make it private or public. By making it private, only you will be able to see the video on vzaar. By making it public means that the video will be made public on vzaar for everyone to see.
Search Enhancer
vzaar sends its video site map to Google every day, so that your videos will be indexed and often show up in Google's search results pages. We provide a field for paid users to enter the url of the location of that video on your website. If the vzaar video page is then published to a Google search results page the link will go to the url submitted. This means that users will go to your site and not vzaar.
