vzaar is : The professional video platform
It all started in March 2007 when Ken Moss, Adrian Sevitz and Ian Snead decided to build an online platform to help eBay sellers supercharge their businesses with video. vzaar went live in September that year, introducing the easiest system eBay sellers had ever used for video... period.
In 2008, vzaar 2.0 was launched for the community beyond eBay. This has enabled all types of online businesses to integrate professional video players into their sites, allowing real engagement with potential customers by merchandising their products and services, offering product tours and much, much more.
The running start vzaar got, encouraged a number of investors to buy into the company. This has accelerated the development of the platform and expansion of the team. In 2010 vzaar saw further investment notably by Oliver Stone the celebrated film Director and recruitment of a dynamic CEO, Stephen McCluskey.
Today, vzaar's services have become even more sophisticated. This professional quality online video platform is used by media companies, marketing agencies, corporate communications, e-commerce, web applications and non-profit organizations.
The current and planned development of vzaar's platform and services are true to the company's design philosophy of clarity and ease of use. This is as true of the user interface as it is of the flexible business model.
